Ray Sohmer, executive director, and Matthew Saker, director of Insignia/ESG's Central New Jersey office in East Brunswick, represented the sublessor, Merrill Lynch, while GVA Williams of New Jersey represented Clinphone. SJP Properties of Parsippany, NJ owns the property.

9 Roszel Rd. is a three-story, 111,768-sf class A office building in the Princeton/Route 1 corridor. The building's interior space has been recently built-out with a number of upgrades, according to Sohmer.
