Reckson's Garden State holdings include more than two million sf of existing class A office space as well as a development portfolio of another 1.5 million sf. Some 300,000 sf of industrial space are also part of the mix.
Before joining Reckson in 1998, Caridi was a broker with Cushman & Wakefield in New York City and Long Island. During his tenure at Reckson, he has completed 265 transactions totaling more than two million sf for such corporate tenants as Verizon, LIPA, Interstate National Dealers and Hain Celestial. He recently signed Metro One and Forest Labs into 40,000 and 57,050 sf respectively at Hauppauge Industrial Park.
