The new facility will serve as a branch location for the L.A. company, according to Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and Rob Socci of Voit Commercial Brokerage. The Voit brokers represented the seller, which had owned the property for about a year and a half.
The new Pacific facility is a single-story, concrete tilt-up structure that was built in 1972. Chuck Noble of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.The building acquired by DC Sports, a manufacturer of performance auto parts, is at 1451 Sixth St. in Corona. DC bought the property from Rexco Development for an expansion and relocation. Zehner, Tomaselli and Nick Roussos of Voit represented both the buyer and the seller.
