The windshield maker will triple the size of its Camarillo facilities when it moves into the new building, according to Mitch Conlee of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services, who represented the seller, Samuel Chen of Chainson Footwear. The company is scheduled to move into the building, which will serve as its headquarters, in early November.
Conlee says Zero Gravity will employ approximately 25 workers at the new facility, which is on 1.7 acres at 912 Pancho Road. Zero, a privately held firm, is also a sponsor of motorcycle racing teams.
The new Zero Gravity headquarters is a concrete tilt-up building that includes 5,100 sf of office space, 22-foot minimum warehouse clearance, dock high and ground level loading, plus on-site parking.
John Battle of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
