It will also host local exhibitions, a large screen TV for X Games' viewing parties, a skaters and riders' lounge and a major retail outlet. The retail portion will feature a collection of action sports merchandise, including clothes, equipment, footwear and video games.
The Skatepark will be managed by Burroughs & Chapin Co. Inc., a privately-held company based in Myrtle Beach, SC.
This will be the first ESPN X Games Skatepark in Colorado and the third in the US.
