LONDON-A residential scheme featuring a 21-storey tower has won planning permission in the London Borough of Southwark.
Design changes were made to the scheme following advice from the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE), with five storeys being removed from the tower at some point of the process.
Both CABE and London Mayor Ken Livingstone lent their support to the scheme.
