In Flower Mound, the Rockaway, NJ-based Party City signed a12,000-sf, long-term pact for the under-construction Highlands ofFlower Mound, a 322,376-sf power center anchored by a 174,000-sfSuperTarget. Delivery is set for March 2003 on the project, whichis coming out of the ground on the southwest corner of FM 2499 andFM 407.Karen McCulley and Steve Greenberg, both of Dallas-basedWeitzman Group, represented the developer, Direct Development.Party City has 230 company-owned stores and 246 franchises in theUS.

In Irving, Property Advisers Realty Inc.'s president, JerryReis, was the sole broker on a 4,562-sf renewal at NorthwestService and Tech Center, home since 1997 to HiSound Electronics.Property Advisers' Jason Miller also single-handedly re-upped a1,140-sf, long-term lease for the US Naval Reserves office atBeltline Shopping Center, where it's also had an office since1997.

Richardson is getting a 3,200-sf Gold & Silver shop at 100S. Central Expressway. The store will open in mid-October. DavidValdez of Henry S. Miller Commercial brokered the pact.
