"The Hoffman purchase raises our year-to-date acquisition volume to $168 million in 11 megaplex theatre properties."
Almost since its debut early last summer, the Hoffman 22 has been a leading theater in the Washington Metro region and currently ranks among the top 50 best-performing movie houses in the nation. American Multi-Cinema Inc. leases the space under a long-term arrangement.
