In 2001, it was vacated, a victim of the garment industry's shift to overseas production.

The masonry and concrete block facility was built in 1946 and expanded in 1964. It includes 12,000 sf of office space, a showroom, and three dock-high loading doors. The office area is air-conditioned and the building has a full wet sprinkler system.

Downtown's Old City section is currently being redeveloped and "gentrified" by factory conversions to residential, retail and office uses. The building is served by public transportation and offers access to I-95 and the Benjamin Franklin Bridge.

Locally based Binswanger/CBB is exclusive agent for the sale. Frank J. Cullen, president of locally based Realty Group East, a Binswanger affiliate, is marketing the property.
