Bliwise has also been named chair of the firm's Real Estate Finance Group. Prior to joining Sills Cummis, he was a Partner at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, concentrating in real estate acquisitions, investment and finance. Feit, meanwhile, has an active, primarily New York-driven real estate transactions and office/retail leasing practice and joins Sills Cummis from Kriss & Feit P.C.
Among its other practice areas, Sills Cummis supports clients whose primary business is real estate and development, as well as companies whose operations depend heavily on a real estate infrastructure.
