Tomboy is the second of seven buildings at Prospect Place.

Tomboy takes its name from a historic Colorado mine, as do the others--Ajax, Matchless, Independence, Smuggler, Red Cliff and Little Johnny.

The Tomboy was designed by Allen Kolkowitz, Evan Siegal and Maggie Bauer.

The building will have a "futuristic design" and the concrete construction will include floor-to-ceiling windows.

Crawford, who saved historic Larimer Square in Downtown Denver in the late '60s and early '70s and started the loft movement Downtown in the early '80s, says Prospect Place says Prospect Village is a chance to get on the "ground floor for those people who missed the 'loft movement' of the '80s and '90s."
