The transaction was valued at $4.6 million, or $43.81 per sf, according to Peter Greyling, vice president of locally based Richard Bowers & Co., who represented F&M in the sale.

The buildings, which were constructed in 1985, are 94% leased. They have access to Northridge and Roswell roads and GA Hwy. 400.

Among the current tenants are Care Solutions, Northwest Mortgage, Performance IT, and Phillips Engineering, all locally based companies.
