The developer plans to break ground on a second, 63,000-sf building in the center next year.

"When completed, (the center) will be the only development of its kind in the area that offers up to 23,000 sf of office space on a single floor," says Kurt Eisenschmid, president of Penn's Grant, in a statement. "This means that a mid-sized organization can easily consolidate its business operations."

The center offers access to a 7,500-sf Child's World childcare center, a 0.75-mile jogging trail, and an on-site deli. Eisenschmid says the center's landscaping will include a water feature.

West Chester, PA-based Norwood Co. is handling construction management. Estimated construction costs were not disclosed.
