Apartment specialists David Casper and Bruce Furniss, who have negotiated the sale of apartment properties valued at more than $682 million and comprising more than 12,800 units, joined Hendricks & Partners from Grubb & Ellis. Casper is now in the Hendricks West Los Angeles office while Furniss will lead Hendricks in opening and building a new Anaheim office, the seventh in Southern California for the Phoenix-based company.

The two former Grubb & Ellis brokers who returned to the company were Michael Dorsey and Tim Joyce, who rejoined after stints with Colliers Seeley International and Cushman & Wakefield respectively. Joyce is now with the G&E industrial group and Dorsey will specialize in office leasing and investment sales.
