Based in Flint, MI, Perani's Hockey World specializes in ice hockey and inline/roller hockey equipment. The retail specialist has 13 stores in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Texas.
Lopez Engineering was formerly located in Downtown Davisburg, MI. The engineering firm occupies a portion of the 15,000-sf building, and office space of up to 10,000 sf is available for lease, the company says. This is the only office building located in Rose Township, a growing area located in north Oakland County.
