Developers Joel and Adam Saitman recycled thethree-building complex totaling nearly 40,000 sf on 1.5 acres and quickly found buyers for two of the buildings and a tenant for the third, according to Scott Caswell of Delphi Business Properties. He said the two sales and the lease totaled $3.2 million.

Caswell reports that Perfect Mold, a plastic molding firm, acquired the largest of the buildings, an 18,900-sf facility at 13596 Vaughn St.

Santos G. Mariscal, principal of a powder painting firm, purchased a 13,800-sf building at 13590 Vaughn St., while the owner of a machine shop leased the remaining 7000 sf building at 13539 Desmond St.

Caswell represented the Saitman Family Trust in the transactions, which were completed before the end of construction.
