The space is located within a single-story 230,000-sf industrial building owned and managed by I. F. Dicenso Trust. Spry says it chose the building because of its close proximity to its main facility in Winchester, as well as the ability of the property owner to complete the build out and deliver the space within 30 days from lease signing.
Mark Stevens, principal of GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Everest, represented the property owner as exclusive agent, and Sam Oddo represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
