Jacobsen comes to her new role from The Gale Co. of Florham Park, NJ, where she was vice president of asset management. In that position she oversaw some five million sf of commercial office space and was a liaison to JP Morgan Investment Management Inc., one of Gale's strategic investment partners. She had earlier stints with both the Kaplan Organization and the Linpro Co.
