Cary Krier, vice president of Bradford Cos. in Dallas, negotiated the contract on behalf of Teradyne Inc. while Tony Gilbert of Dallas-based Industrial Associates handled talks for Precision Communications, which left a Merit Drive building in Garland. Krier tells GlobeSt.com Precision Communications has signed for the balance of Teradyne's lease and all of its space at 1801 10th St. in the business center, a 650,000-sf warehouse project of Miramar Development of Dallas. Teradyne was one of the original tenants in Miramar's development, but vacated its production space in January.
The warehouse space, Krier said, is "the nicest space in town and it's pure production space." The fully air-conditioned building boasts design features not normally found in warehouse product.
