The project included demolition of the former vacant military buildings, according to Sam Champi, Jr., director of construction and development for Paragano. Marking the company's first residential project, it involved obtaining several approvals from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection because of its location within the state's protected Pine Barrens region. Michael Mostoler Architects did the design work.

The four-year-old Paragano Construction Services is a subsidiary of N.L. Paragano Associates Inc., a third-party construction firm active in the office, retail and senior living categories.
