In the recent land-sale transaction, SBWE Real Estate Services of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ represented Whitehall. The New York-based Kaktus Sportswear, which makes brand name apparel, was represented by Carlos Leon of Leon Enterprises. East Rutherford, NJ. The site is located within the Meadowlands submarket.
Whitehall is also shopping two other sites nearby, and both have industrial building approvals in place, according to senior vice president Mark McConnell. One site is cleared for a 46,548-sf facility, and the other is set for a 17,795-sf building. John Friedland of SBWE is representing Whitehall for both assignments.
