The New York-basedKaktus Sportswear, which makes brand name apparel, was representedby Carlos Leon of Leon Enterprises. East Rutherford, NJ. The siteis located within the Meadowlands submarket.
Whitehall is also shopping two other sites nearby, and both haveindustrial building approvals in place, according to senior vicepresident Mark McConnell. One site is cleared for a 46,548-sffacility, and the other is set for a 17,795-sf building. JohnFriedland of SBWE is representing Whitehall for bothassignments.
