The company will take 31,761 sf here, according to the terms of its recently inked agreement with sublessor Reddy Ice Corp. Hoist Fitness will occupy suite 200, which is located at 9990 Empire St., and is expected to move into its new space in November of this year.
A brokerage team consisting of Tim Hoag and Mickey Morera of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International acted on behalf of both Hoist Fitness and Reddy Ice Corp.
Hoist Fitness is the latest in a string of industrial users that are snapping up space in the region, as San Diego County's industrial market continues to improve. A Burnham report shows that the county's industrial sector absorbed 605,720 sf during the second quarter with the vacancy rate falling to 8.4%.
