Meanwhile, Salvador Escoda, a distributor of heating, air conditioning and cooling systems, leased 159,413 sf. Miguel Torres, S.A., a distributor for the wine and spirits industry, is leasing 136,454 sf.
The tenants are taking space in three of the five facilities in ProLogis Park Sant Boi.
"These facilities provide access to multiple transportation channels in and out of the Barcelona area," says ProLogis vice president John Derweduwe. "Each customer will leverage the prime location and modern amenities that the facilities have to offer."
Joan Guasch of Miguel Torres says ProLogis was able to provide "flexible facilities in a great location with convenient access to all major modes of transportation.
