Built in 1999 in the Westfield's Corporate Center office park, the six-story building had been fully occupied until September by Newbridge Networks and then Alcatel, which acquired Newbridge. Grubb & Ellis has been tapped to manage the property and handle leasing activity.

"We're still marketing the building and we've had decent activity from the defense community and those who want to be near the National Reconnaissance Office," Grubb & Ellis's Andrew Klaff tells GlobeSt.com. The NRO, which handles design and building for the government's reconnaissance satellites, sits on a 1 million-sf complex on nearby Lee Road. Rent in the building is being marketed at around $24.50 per-sf, Klaff adds.
