Bank of America, the largest tenant, which will occupy 75,000sf, signed a lease before the building's December 2000ground-breaking. The building will house the bank's regionalheadquarters as well as a bank branch on the ground floor.

The mixed-use buiding is owned by a Stiles Corp. partnership,Fifth Avenue Partners Ltd., which paid $4.54 million for the landin May 2000. Construction costs for the project were $54million.
