According to the terms of the recently signed agreement, Tawfilis has taken 1,643 sf in suite 111, which is located at 12264 El Camino Rd. He moved into his new location last month. The deal is valued at $701,929.
Tawfilis was represented by Michael Dyer of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International, who also acted on behalf of the lessor, Champions of the West Tower LLC.
The transaction comes on the heels of a five-year lease signed by Right Management Consultants Inc. for 5,880 sf in the same complex. The company will move into its new location in February 2003, according to the terms of the $1-million agreement. It will occupy suite 203, which is located at 12264 El Camino Rd.
