The upscale center is 100% leased to tenants including Country Curtains,Eldred Wheeler Furniture, The Silver Ribbon, Café Christina, Needful ThingsAntiques and First Impressions Day Salon & Spa, and Juke Box Junction as well as RIVCO Design Center.
Grossman developed the plaza in 1985 on a 5.79-acre parcel it acquired. Stanley Hurwitz, Grossman's spokesperson tells GlobeSt.com that the company sold the plaza now because the company had other investment opportunities and the "time was right." He emphasizes that in a center like this one with nine retail tenants having full occupancy is a "major accomplishment."
Grossman was represented by Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for the company and Aidan Murray, Grossman's leasing broker. Robert Falconi, president of Falconi Realty, represented himself in the deal.
