Vilgiate tells GlobeSt.com that Physicians Associates formerly was subleasing about 20,000 sf in the building and was leasing 4,000 sf directly from the landlord. The new lease expands the company's offices and is a direct deal with the landlord.
The 199 S. Los Robles building was constructed in 1985. The eight-story, 160,000-sf building is 75% occupied. Physicians Associates is expected to move into its new space in early December, after the completion of tenant improvements.
