Voit Development bought the property in January 2000. The Woodland Hills company's acquisition was a part of the second of its three purchases of industrial portfolios from Fujita. For the past 15 years, the Tustin facility has served as the corporate headquarters for Toshiba America Medical Systems. The Toshiba unit markets, sells, distributes and services diagnostic imaging systems, coordinates clinical diagnostic imaging research, and has responsibility for research and development in the United States.

John Giffin, Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and John Pagliasotti of the Anaheim Metro office of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller. The Charles Dunn brokerage represented the buyer.
