The facility in Poland will be occupied by P&O Trans European, a pan-European logistics service provider and Polifarb Cieszyn-Wroclaw S.A., a major Polish producer of paint and varnishes. P&OTE will take 131,265 sf, enabling it to expand its pan-European footprint, which operates in more than 200 locations in Ireland, Scandinavia, Italy and now Poland.
Polifarb signed a long-term leased for 56,209-sf in building two in ProLogis Park Blonie. This brings its total space in the park to 93,764-sf.
"Our focus has always been on growing ProLogis' presence in key distribution locations throughout Europe, while providing expertise on local and regional market issues," said Hans A. van Luijken, First Vice President for ProLogis. "For years to come ProLogis Park Blonie will serve as a primary setting for companies to streamline their supply chain operations throughout Eastern Europe."
