As part of the restructuring, the company is forming a NationalMarkets Group that will target specialty segment industries. Thegroup will initially focus on the science/technology and healthcaresegments.

The consolidation, which is expected to be completed by thebeginning of next year, will result in a company with combinedannual revenues of about $5 billion and a roster of more than 5,300employees.
