More than 2,000 tenants in its two office towers attended atenant appreciation luncheon to celebrate the improvements and tointroduce its new Web sites designed to enhance customer service atCrescent properties.

Denny Alberts, Crescent's president and chief operating officer,and John Zogg, senior vice president of asset management andleasing, were on hand to welcome the tenants, as well as a separatemeeting for about 150 top commercial real estate brokers.

Customers and visitors of MCI Tower now enter the propertythrough new revolving glass doors covered by a curved exteriorcanopy, and they are greeted at new security and reception deskswhich have been constructed in the lobby. The $2-million lobbyfeatures black granite walls and floors with bands of graniteimported from India, as well as a reception area with an electronicbuilding directory for use by visitors and customers.
