"Signing a tenant like Reebok does much more than fill space," according to Hartz Mountain president/COO Emanuel Stern. "It raises the level of the entire center and brings in consumers who might not otherwise have come."
The 200,000-sf Harmon Cove Outlet Center, dating back some 30 years, was one of the originals of its genre. Among its 40 stores are names like Aeropostale, Geoffrey Beene, Van Heusen, Samsonite, Lenox, Panasonic and Bally Factory Outlet.
The shopping complex sits within the Harmon Cove, a mixed-use development that includes more than 13 million sf of warehouse, distribution and office space, three hotels and 1,400 luxury condo apartments.
