Healthlink Inc. took the largest block, 14,068 sf, at 3800 Buffalo Speedway, a 155,801-sf, five-story building that stands 75% leased. Dina Gasper of Houston's Trione & Gordon ONCOR International represented Healthlink Inc., an IT consulting firm for the health-care industry.

Houston-based Energy America signed for 13,289 sf at Eight Greenway Plaza, a 255,305-sf, 15-story building that's now 96% filled. The tenant provides natural gas and electricity to more than 60,000 customers in Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas. Sue Rogers of Strategis Cresa in Houston negotiated for the tenant.

Global Healthcare Alliance took 9,692 sf in the 209,914-sf, 11-story Two Greenway building, now 94% occupied. Ronnie Deyo of Dallas-based Staubach Co.'s Houston office bargained on behalf of the physicians' network management company.

The Greenway Plaza submarket is one of the lowest in the city, posting a mere 9% vacancy rate at the end of the third quarter. Crescent's leasing manager at Greenway Plaza, Warren Savery, handled talks for the building owner.
