Headed by senior vice president Neal Warling of Detroit's office division, the team of brokers is joined by Deborah Pearson, a marketing specialist who is a former marketing director from the University of Michigan.
Warling has more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience ranging from the sale of investment properties to the sale and lease of commercial, industrial and office buildings and land. He joined Grubb & Ellis in 1999 as senior vice president, having participated in more than 400 transactions valued at more than $500 million.
"I've been representing owners and users of commercial real estate in Ann Arbor for 17 years and affiliating with Grubb & Ellis brings unparalleled professional resources to our ever-growing market," Warling says. "We are excited about the recent addition of our marketing professional and the level of service we can now provide to our clients."
Ann Arbor, also known as A2, has been one of Southeast Michigan's most successful markets, especially for offices. The area has seen tremendous growth in the last five years, mostly from a migration of upper professionals and businesses moving westward from Detroit and Oakland County.
