Welcome Wilson Sr. of GSL Investments Inc. was the in-house representative for the building owner. B. Kelley Parker and John F. Littman, both of the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc., represented the tenant.

Parker says the tenant owns an 18,000-sf building at 3020 Greens Rd., an abutting property to GSL's warehouse. The tenant is putting the building on the market, according to Parker, who holds the listing. The Harris County appraisal district pegs the building's 2002 assessment at $408,260. The nine-year-old structure is positioned on 1.6 acres.

Howard Castleberry, GSL's executive vice president and principal, tells GlobeSt.com that GSL purchased the building, assessed at $673.410, in early September from Gus Levy as a part of its aggressive industrial acquisition plans. The current portfolio consists of 1.5 million sf in 40 office/warehouse buildings.
