The medical building at 20303 S. Crawford Ave. is next to St. James Hospital. Offered at a $950,000 suggested opening bid, the property is expected to generate $441,416 of gross income for 2002, according to Steven L. Good, chairman and chief executive officer of the auction company. "This is a rare chance for investors, owners, medical professionalsor corporate buyers to purchase this income-producing property at their own price," he says.
The 1.83-acre site near Route 83 and 63rd Street in Willowbrook is zoned for retail, office or restaurant use. The suggested opening bid is $450,000.
The auction will be held at Sheraton Gateway Suites at 6105 N. Mannheim Rd. in Rosemont.
