WEST ORANGE, NJ-Verizon Directory Services, a division of Verizon Communications, has leased 35,855 sf at 200 Executive Drive, a four-story, 102,630-sf office facility. The division, said to be the largest directory publisher in the world, will occupy the second floor of the Reckson Associates-owned facility.
The asset is part of the four-building, 391,000-sf Reckson Executive Hill Office Park in this Essex County community just west of Newark. Altogether, the New Jersey division of Reckson Associates, based in Short Hills, NJ, operates a portfolio of two million sf of class A office space in the Garden State. Verizon Directory Services was represented in the transaction by Edward DaCosta, senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis.
“Verizon is a tenant in multiple properties across our portfolio in the tri-state region, and we have been able to forge a strong business relationship with them,” according to Todd Rechler, managing director and senior vice president of Reckson's NJ division. The company's main headquarters is in Melville, NY.
