Kevin J. Higgins, who was CB Richard Ellis' number one industrial broker nationwide in 2000, has joined Voit, along with Kit Gratski, who was the number one producing broker in the Las Vegas office of CB Richard Ellis for the most recent year. Gratski was also CB Richard Ellis' No. 3 retail broker for the Western region, as well as the number five broker for that firm nationwide. Gratski's team includes Kent Preston, Rhonda Pchola and Diana Heil, while Higgins' team includes Kyle P. Eigenman and Cheri Dubois.
According to a recent announcement by Voit, "within the first week of opening its Las Vegas office, Voit Commercial Brokerage's Kevin Higgins and his team have won the largest industrial listing in the market." Indeed the Higgins' team has been recently chosen as the exclusive leasing representatives on Logisticenter, a nearly two-million-sf industrial park that DP Partners will develop on a 104-acre parcel between Craig and Cheyenne.
