Federal Express has taken 39,727 sf--the entire building--at 10 Cornell Place, a one-story industrial building located near Route 93. Mayo Medical has leased 28,229-sf at 265 Ballardvale St., a one-story, 72,000-sf industrial building that is also located near Route 93. Opto-line Associates took 9,750 sf in the building while Directory Distribution Associates took 6,405 sf. Details of the leases have not been disclosed.
Torin Taylor and Jason Levendusky, directors at the Boston office of Insignia/ESG, represented Archon Group in the transactions. Taylor notes that the leases strengthen Archon's portfolio in the area as well as enhance its tenant diversity. "Having internationally recognized companies like Federal Express and Mayo together with smaller regional companies provides Archon with a stable tenant base, which is very beneficial in the state of the current economy," he says.
