The entire office and industrial property stands on a 12.3-acre parcel at 6150-6162 Mission Gorge Rd. and 6152-6162 Fairmont Ave, located just east of Mission Valley near Qualcomm Stadium. Newport Beach-based CT Realty Corp., which has sold the industrial portion of the complex to Parma, originally acquired the mixed-used property in 1998 from Terra Enterprises Inc. The company then renovated the complex and in 2001 sold its four-story office section to Parma for nearly $6.7 million.
Both CT Realty and Parma were represented in the latest transaction by Chris Eddy and Tom Wilcox of Voit Commercial Brokerage's San Diego office.
