Located at 5701 W. Talavi Blvd. in the Talavi Business Park, the building's completion allowed the insurance firm to move operations from 2400 W. Dunlop St. in Phoenix to a more central location for its workforce, Mike Garlick of Phoenix-based Lee & Associates Arizona tells GlobeSt.com.
"We focused on getting traditional users closer to their homes and closer to the workplace," said Garlick, noting the building is located within easy access of Loop 101 and Interstate 17, which traditionally has an abundant labor pool. "When Federated Insurance looked at their employees, a majority of them lived near the Talavi Business Park so it was an easy decision for them."
In addition to its prime location near the area's many amenities, the two-story office structure, which rents for $21.50 per sf and up, is also equipped with fiber optics and parking. Garlick and Mike McQuaid, also with Lee & Associates Arizona, are presently working to lease the building's remaining 33,916 sf of office space.
