When completed, Trillium Park will feature up to 320 residences, according to the builders. The project, located at the intersection of Maple and Decker roads, features three different floor plans of up to 1,680 sf each, and priced from $179,900.
The company is also building condominium complexes at Oakbrook Pointe at Maple and Welch roads. Commerce is an area that has seen intense popularity recently, mostly due to the westward migration of people from southeast Oakland County and Detroit.
