In this new position, Olson will advise and assist both institutional and private investors with "the development and implementation of strategies for the acquisition, leasing, value enhancement and disposition of investment grade real estate throughout the United States," according to a recently released statement from Coldwell Banker.
A 28-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Olson's previous career experience includes serving as president of Baldwin Moore Commercial Real Estate Services, as well as working as senior vice president and senior marketing consultant with the San Diego office of Grubb & Ellis. Most recently, he worked with Wilson Thorn Properties, where he was involved with the disposition of more than $250 million worth of office, industrial and retail properties.
