The retail centers included the 200,000-sf Best on the Boulevard power center in Las Vegas, which Trammell Crow Co. bought for $30 million; 427,936-sf SunMark Plaza, a 427,936 sq. ft. power in Henderson, Nev. that Orangefair Co. LLC of Los Angeles bought from a joint venture of The Molasky Group and Laurich Properties for $46 million; and the 97,269-sf Park Place neighborhood shopping center in Las Vegas that Damavandi Capital LLC of Los Angeles bought from a joint venture between Molasky and Laurich Properties for $12 million.
The office property was Bank of America West, an eight- story, Class A building of 82,255 sf that Triple Net Properties LLC of Santa Ana, Calif. bought for $16.9 million.
The apartment property was Savannah Apartments, which Utah-based Arlie & Co. bought for $43.25 million.
Molasky officials said they typically hold their developments as long-term investments but sold these five because they received many offers for the properties.
