Office dwellers in the building and the surrounding Reston Town Square development will have two extra eateries to choose from with Malaysian restaurant Penang's commitment to 5,286 sf of space, and café Soho Gourmet's lease of 2,527 sf. American crafts and furnishings store Artcraft Collection will take on 5,178 sf, while Salon Nordine and Day Spa will lease 3,361 sf.
"These new retail tenants will further enhance the stimulating mix of shops and restaurants in the Freedom Square complex, including Morton's of Chicago, South Moon Under, and Starbucks," Terrabrook vice president Thomas J. D'Alesandro says. The Freedom Square Complex is a joint development endeavor of Terrabrook and Boston Properties Inc. "With a variety of unique offerings, these tenants will contribute to Reston Town Center's role as a regional destination."
