Brant, 40, has almost 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. He will oversee all of Roadhouse Grill's finance functions.

Before joining Roadhouse Grill, Brant was vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Aviation Sales Co. in Miramar, FL. There, he helped lead the company through a major restructuring of its operations and capital structure. Before that, he was vice president and corporate controller of John Alden Life Insurance Co. in Miami, and a senior audit manager with Price Waterhouse in Buffalo, N.Y.
Publicly traded Roadhouse Grill Inc. owns and operates 69 restaurants and eight franchises in Florida and nine other states.
