A-1 Personnel Inc. signed a medium-term lease for the office/warehouse space. In addition to its core business, the building will house some ancillary operations for the firm, which relocated from another leased site in the southwest submarket.

Chris Caudill of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Cory Driskill of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co.'s Houston office represented San Francisco's AMB Property, owner of 97.2 million sf of mostly industrial space in 27 US markets. In Houston, AMB Property owns 28 properties totaling 2.8 million sf. Its Westpark holding is a 207,571-sf, multi-tenant industrial building now 89% occupied. The asking rates run from $5.75 per sf to $6 per sf annually.
