A spate of small transactions, such as the Financial Network lease, has been buoying the San Diego office market in recent weeks. Another recently reported deal involved a five-year transaction at the Champions of the West Tower. According to the terms of the lease, which is valued at more than $1 million, Right Management Consultants Inc. will take 5,880 sf in suite 203 of the complex, which stands at 12264 El Camino Real. The firm is planning to move to its new location in February 2003.
