B. Kelley Parker of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc., Houston tells GlobeSt.com that lease has been inked for the short term. The Oklahoma City-based trucking company has its primary operations in Houston at 15730 Highway 90 East, about 13 miles southeast of the Mississippi Street warehouse in the Turning Basin Industrial District.
The 26-year-old building is owned by California-based Don L. Tuffli, trustee. He and Martha T. Tuffli also developed Bayport North Industrial Park just east of Houston. Parker and Littman structured the terms of the lease for Tuffli, a long-time client.
Turner Bros. provides operated crane rental, rigging and heavy-hauling services. It has four other locations in Texas plus Edmond, OK.
